God Will Make a Way

In Exodus 14, the LORD told Moses about His plan to harden Pharaoh’s heart so that he would refuse to let the children of Israel go. The LORD said to Moses, “Then I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, so that he will pursue them; and I will gain honor over Pharaoh and over all his army, that the Egyptians may know that I am the LORD” (14:4). And so it happened,  Pharaoh and his army pursued the children of Israel, but the LORD did not let them fall into the hands of their enemies. As the Egyptian army got closer, the LORD used His mighty power to split the Red Sea so that the Israelites could walk through it on dry ground. After they made it across safely on dry ground, the LORD caused the waters to drown the Egyptians, their horsemen and their chariots. Glory be to God for His mercy endures forever – Hallelujah!

Our heavenly Father is so strategic and all knowing. He continues to perform great wonders in our sight so that all would believe and revere Him. The situation that Israel faced literally got worse before it got better. Have you ever felt that way in your personal life? If so, you’re in the right place to receive your miracle. This Bible story teaches us that we must move forward and stand on the Word of God, no matter what it looks like. God wants us to step out on faith in order to get to the other side; even if God requires us to do something that seems impossible and unfamiliar to our norm.

We have the victory in Christ Jesus, and no enemy will ever triumph over us. If God did it before, surely He can do it again. Let us praise God that no matter what temptation, situation, circumstance or trials come our way, The LORD will part that “Red Sea” that stands in our way. Amen.

“Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for Me?”  (Jeremiah 32:27)
